With over three years of experience managing the South Cleveland Branch, I have honed my skills in leadership, team development, and customer service.Before joining TVFCU, I served as the General Manager at UEC Theaters 14 in Cleveland, TN, for nearly five years, and worked at UEC Theaters for nearly 15 years. This role provided me with extensive experience in operational management, customer engagement, and team leadership.My leadership journey was further enriched by participating in the Leadership of Cleveland Class of 2022-2023, organized by the Cleveland/Bradley Chamber of Commerce, and completing the TVFCU Leadership Development School in 2022.
