As a Client Solutions Engineer, Kurt is responsible for working with the Sales team and Customers to ensure the Soleo solution integrates effectively in the customers environment and is optimized to deliver real value for clients year after year. Developing strategic relationships, effective account management, expert guidance, understanding the client's business goals and demonstrating results. Previous to Soleo, Kurt was a Customer Success Manager at Oracle, where he was responsible for installed customer accounts that implemented and deployed the Oracle Cloud Service platform and associated applications (SaaS). Responsibilities included, developing strategic relationships, driving account growth, subscription renewals and client references.Before joining Oracle, Kurt managed the Voice Services program at RightNow Technologies, which consisted of Professional Services Consultants, Application and QA Engineers. He was responsible for the implementation, delivery and ongoing managed services of the cloud based applications.Kurt’s background is in software product development where he has over 20 years of experience ranging from real-time database applications to voice enabled telephony services.
