Kurt Penberg initiated a small company in San Diego with an innovative idea known as Sing Your Name. The underlying idea was to create, develop and establish a business that would assist individuals to sell and market personalized products with ease for children in any market provided. It was a small start up as a single cart was started in Horton Plaza Mall in downtown San Diego. Kurt Penberg exposed his first cart with just an English CD with only 850 various names. Kurt Penberg had claimed that the product line has 3 different compact disc with about fifteen hundred different names. After three years the product had reached to a level where it consisted of thirteen CDs, with more than fourt thousand names in 3 distinct languages. Along with this, in the end of year 2003 a new line of product like personalized and interactive CD story books were introduced. However, today there are 6 different stories with more than eight thousand names in five distinct languages.
