Accountable for all Commercial, Operational and P&L activities for the West Coast Region in the USA. Providing customer solutions and execution in Supply Chain Management (PO/Vendor Management/OCM), Ocean transportation (NVOCC), Airfreight and Customs House Brokerage.

Responsibility for the planning, execution and product development for the Ocean, Airfreight, and Supply Chain Management products and all associated operational activities in North America. This role was also accountable for Commercial IT, Procurement, Implementation, Shared Service Center and Ocean Carrier Management.

Overall P&L and product development responsibility for the Supply Chain Management (PO/Vendor Management/OCM) product in the United States and Canada. All North American regional organizations reporting into the role. Additionally accountable for the 4PL visibility solution, Supply Chain Development and Marketing organizations.

After the acquisition of Sea-Land by Maersk, was tasked to lead the commercial activities of the combined warehouse and distribution groups.

Commercial, Operational and P&L accountability for the origin PO Management and Shipment Consolidation product (SCM), Warehouse and Distribution and Airfreight products.

Accountable for all marine terminal operations for Sea-Land in Hawaii, including stevedoring, container yard, maintenance and repair, documentation, and customer service.

Overall responsibility for all commercial, operational and P&L activities in the Mid-Pacific, headquartered on Guam, with one vessel call a week and multiple feeder operations to the Marianas Islands, The Federated States of Micronesia and Palau. Also ran a stand-alone trucking operation, dedicated to moving military cargo to the military bases on Guam

Oversaw all commercial activities of Sea-Land in the Mid-Pacific. Leadership of a small sales and customer service team.
