Oversaw all Sales Talent Acquisition for every line of business at ACS, a Xerox company. Moved over to assume this responsibility as sales hiring had picked up since the acquisition of ACS by Xerox. My team and I filled over 150+ sales executives in one year.

Recruiting highlights for this role: § FY10 hires - 290 Executive & Sales hires combined. All VP level and above. § Time to Fill -Overall TTF for FY10 was 42 days for Executive and Sales Recruiting compared to 50 days for FY09.§ Built internal Executive and Sales recruiting practice modeled after retained culture to mirror best practices for a fortune 500 company.§ Built out near shore recruiting and sourcing support in Monterrey, Mexico. § Oversaw International Executive and Sales Recruiting. § Average open requisition count~75 open reqs.

Helped create the Global Recruiting Centre of Excellence group and transformed recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) for multiple clients such as Whirlpool, DuPont and Johnson & Johnson on a global scale. Also worked as a solutions architect/product manager on sales pursuits to present to future prospects for Convergys, as well as, to help aid in the pricing and responding to RFP's within the recruiting vertical.
