CurrentAccomplishments:- Developed and launched FICEDA’s new website for Australia and New Zealand via Magento which included resulting in an 29% increase of online sales within the first qtr of launching with the most recent results being up 34% in Q1, FY24- Pitched, led and designed the FICEDA re-brand including logo and brand guideline redesign across allcorporate assets- Led the Trailblazers loyalty rewards program with the aim to reduce current stock by offeringdiscounted pricing to our smaller dealerships (in progress)- Formed a strategic partnership with Catch.com and eBay to promote alternative online sales revenuestreams- Developed and presented the annual marketing strategy for Dunlop since their exclusive partnershipwith FICEDA in 2018- Drove various earned media campaigns with brand ambassadors and media partnersResponsibilities:- Manage the marketing department, including a Graphic Designer and Digital Media Specialist, to ensure effective collaboration and execution of marketing campaigns.- Driving earned media campaigns with brand ambassadors and media partners- Provide creative direction and strategy for all marketing collateral, including social media campaigns, email marketing, print materials and POS, resulting in increased brand awareness and customer engagement.- Design and develop branding material including digital assets in conjunction with brand managers, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and channels.- Monitor and analyse Ficeda’s marketing trends in relation to rising competitor activity, and adapt marketing strategies accordingly, resulting in increased brand awareness and gained market share.- Assist with budget preparation and control marketing expenses, optimising ROI for all marketing campaigns.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for brand building, product activations, and launch events.
