As Vice President of the student body, I was responsible for managing 17 Student reps and helping to try and balance the needs of 30,000 students. The associations budget was a little over 1million dollars, and I was second in charge of ensuring those funds were used to meet the targets of our contract with the university. During my time in this role, I successfully aided in increasing the associations funding and driving up student engagement in events.

Projects:-Galantai Plastics LtdFeasibility project for an automated pick and place system.-ThermaKraft LtdRe-designed an existing machine to manufacture a new tarpaper product. Additionally, I introduced a new fire-proof paint that was compatible with the high-temperature bitumen tar used in the process.-Kiwipools LtdDesigned waterproof light niches for swimming pools.

Worked in typical startup fashion with a bit of everything as a role.
