I have shuttered my design firm and joined forces with a colleague at 7gen Planning(now Pape-Dawson Engineers) in Houston, Texas. I provide our clients with a diverse skill set developed over more than thirty years creating memorable places and spaces. Experienced in landscape architecture, community planning, urban design and the green industry, I look forward to adding my experience to the extensive pool of talent at 7gen. I create places that others enjoy experiencing, from the private residence to the city streets, parks and urban waterfronts. Project experience include planning and design of commercial, industrial, resort, residential, hospitality, healthcare, and government facilities and open spaces. I also enjoy adjunct teaching when the opportunities arise.Specialties: Thinking outside the box. Focus on the end-user experience.As co-owner of SiteSource1, I procure and/or distribute the highest quality products and materials for the outdoor lifestyle. We are distributors for L’Alta Pietra Tile and a range of imported stone products, custom lighting, fsc certified tropical hardwoods, custom fountain, pool and spa products and will be adding outdoor furnishings in the near future.As co-owner of Spit and Polish Furnishings I repair old furniture as needed in preparation for Valerie Skinner’s artwork and refinishing. This is more pleasure than work… excellent for de-stressing.
