Overseeing the monthly demand planning process, which includes the development of a rolling 24-month forecast at brand, product line and SKU level. Includes leadership of the Demand Planning group and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain groups to determine growth assumptions, latest market trends and impact of promotional activities. Leading communication of demand requirements to supply and financial organizations for production and forecast purposes. Partners with Supply Chain to identify options for shifting customer demand or allocating shipments in situations when supply is constrained.
