With over 15 years of software engineering experience, I am a versatile leader who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering innovative solutions. My mission is to create and manage agile teams that build high-quality, networked applications for clients in the pharma and medical devices supply chains. I currently work as a Senior Manager, Software Engineering at TraceLink, where I contribute to the design and development of the emerging flagship platform, Opus. I value collaboration, diversity, and inclusion, and I strive to foster a culture of trust, respect, and excellence among my teams and across the organization.As a key contributor to the Opus platform, I have managed the engineering process and program management of the Opus Tiger team, which grew from 8 to 40+ engineers and architects across 6 teams. I have also taken on the role of a product owner and engineering manager for the edge and application life cycle teams, ensuring the smooth integration and delivery of networked applications to the clients. Through these roles, I have leveraged my skills in customer experience management, leadership, and cloud and data design, as well as my knowledge of the pharma and medical devices domains.
