Managing a sales call center quality team. I am also involved as QA resource for a 3rd party vendor. This position has also included becoming a consumer advocate for dental plan escalations. Getting back to my core drivers, I have also run a sales team for a 6 month period in 2010-2011.

I am currently the sales coaching and training specialist for our National Business Banking Center. I create content and deliver classroom material and sales floor support for use in our financial services call center. Sites I support are located in AZ, CA, MN. I a have developed a strong banking knowledge as I have worked in our B-to-B and Consumer call.

Running a team of quality assurance monitors for government contract. This is a fast paced, exciting new industry sector.

Held progressive growth positions throughout the 12 years I spent at the NYC-based call center vendor. In my final position before relocating to AZ, I assisted in the opening and staffing of the Hazleton, PA center. I parlayed that experience and my running of the NYC call center into a position that allowed me to oversee the call center manager and staff.

This is where I began my career in the call center industry - working with one of the true telemarketing pioneers - Murray Roman. The running and motivating of sales teams along with the delivery of sales skills training material allowed my star talents to shine.
