Successfully negotiated and managed $40M in solar acquisition and joint venture development projects. Managed and implemented the Richmond and Roanoke, VA new store and fuel center strategy by identifying and securing commercial properties, managing due-diligence, negotiating contracts, coordinating with internal and external teams for development and construction, managing project budget, and ensuring adherence to all local and state laws and regulations.
