Additionally, built out the organization’s corporate support services, led the development of complementary add-value service offerings (Executive Placement, Professional Services, Hospitality Staffing, Contact Center Services and Payroll/Insurance Services) and supported the expansion to becoming a nationwide staffing services provider with additional operations throughout California and Texas. Upon acquisition, ASG was a $150+ million performance-based staffing company with 30 nationwide offices and multiple VOPs. Remained with the team for 6 months post-acquisition, leading integration and implementation of new CPBR solution capabilities.

Staffing Services/Highlights:At Transworld, began as an intern and went on to eventually oversee the company after its acquisition by Corestaff. Actively involved in the growth of Transworld’s Productivity Solutions model and in implementing the company’s ISO 9002 certification. Instrumental in the integration of Transworld into Corestaff, offering ongoing guidance and leadership. As leader, the firm was consistently a top 5 performer on the OBJ Book of Lists largest staffing firms. Remained with the team for five years post-acquisition, leading market sales and operations.
