Consultant for retail software testing, post acquisition system integration, and Software training. Available for temporary to long term engagements as well as management services. Experienced in post merger/acquisition team sizing.

Managed the Software testing for the Corporate Point of Sales software. Directed regression testing to ensure continued functionality. Performed technical audits of system files to facilitate loss prevention investigations, improve store operation, and improve the performance of the system. Wrote users manual changes and upgrade documentation for system enhancements. Provided oversight of the Beta and Release testing for system upgrades. Performed Conversion from previous Point Of Sales systems to our Corporate Point Of Sales system for the over 1,300 acquired stores.

Wrote technical documentation for support staff and end users. Provided oversight of the beta testing of system upgrades. Coordinated requests for system upgrades with development team members. Provided technical assistance to Help Desk personnel to resolve system problems in over 1,000 retail outlets.

Performed diagnostic services on hardware and software both verbally and on-line to determine the nature of the user’s problem, and determined the necessary corrective action to take. Performed individual training for personnel unfamiliar with the software. Performed minor programming corrections to the point of sales software.

Implementation and training of the E911 system to the installation. Managed the day to day operations of the E911 system and coordinated Emergency response for an installation that has a daytime population of over 20,000 personnel.

Coordinated the daily activities for 40+ fire crews; directed multiple Fire/Rescue crews during emergency operations; working in 23 seperate locations as well as 8 Medevac team members assigned to support the installation medevac unit. Provided administrative support and counselling services for individuals and mentoring for new leaders of teams; provided oversight to emergency Fire/Rescue response crews during a major flooding event; Coordinated Fire/Rescue crews during aircraft accident responses.

Responsible for the Daily operation, scheduling, training and oversight of the Fire/EMS crews providing stuctural, airport, wildland firefighting as well and Emergency Medical Support for an installation that covered 670,000 acres in addition to providing mutual aid fire suppression support for local communities and the Alaska Oil Pipeline. Performed Fire Prevention services and provided medical support for winter warfare training in extreme subzero weather.

Provided Training support and drivers training classes for a Fire Department of 200 Military and Civilian firefighters spread across 23 fire stations. Coordinatated Live Fire exercises, cross training between speicif structural and Airport fire teams to ensure a balanced knowledge base among the crews. Primary driver Operator trainer for 4 different firefighting vehicles.

Provided initial fire rescue and emergency medical services as a team member of the Army Aviation Center Aeromedical support unit, serving as Senior crewmember during aircraft crash rescue missions and Medical transport operations covering a four state region. Severed on aircrew during Humanitarian support effort for the 1990 Alabama flood.

Supervised 1 - 3 fire crews for Stractural and Aircraft Crash rescue activities. Provided Emergency Medical Technician and search & rescue support for the the installation, the City of Fairbanks and surnounding communities. Provided Fire Inspection and fire suppression support systems maintenance for the installation and surrounding satellite compounds. Assisted State and Bureau of Land Management agencies during wildland fires and Air Fire Tanker operations.
