The goal of TankForms is to provide UST owners/operators with the resources to utilize their own in-house staff to conduct 30-Day Walkthrough Inspection Forms.TankForms was started to support the Florida Petroleum Marketing Association (FPMA) and their members. Through a partnership between CSTAT Mobile Data Collection and XForms (CSTAT XF), a new 30-Day Walkthrough Inspection Form was created specifically for Florida which could be used in lieu of the PEI RP900 forms. TankForms is continuing to add additional state walkthrough forms and partnering with other Petroleum Marketing Associations (PMAs) or their equivalent. TankForms will leverage the technology of the CSTAT Mobile Data Collection (CSTAT) platform along with the XForms platform depending on the state requirements. We replace paper forms/notes with a customized mobile data collection form to create consistency and provide better access to data. The data is exported to the client's specific PDF form or Word document eliminating retyping of notes and automatically creating reports saving hours of time. My professional background in environmental consulting has assisted with my technical sales position through my understanding of the inspection process and how inefficient writing down information on paper and then transposing back in the office can be for our profession.
