*In January 2021, Skyline Technologies was acquired by Core BTS.As a Business Architect, I continued to build on the responsibilities of the Senior Business Analyst role. Providing guidance for a cross-functional business analysis group of 25+ analysts in a primarily remote workforce, I deployed leading practices and developed templated artifacts for consistent project delivery. My role extended to leading application and data strategy and roadmap collaborations with key clients. Additionally, I took on the challenge of rescue operations for struggling project teams elsewhere in the organization. This role maintained a focus on deploying my skills and approaches to shape to establish consistency of practice across the business analysis team.

In the Senior Business Analyst role, my responsibilities evolved to encompass defining project scopes, taking a proactive role in shaping the parameters of initiatives. KW Technologies is a small scale, Geek-Squad-like operation, but for a fraction of the cost. I was able to harness the work which I enjoyed during my time at Best Buy and combine it with my own personal approach to customer service. The end result is to provide realistic technological solutions for any and all in-home technology concerns that my clients may have. Virus and spyware removal, software installation, printer and other peripheral troubleshooting, and remote assistance are just a few of the many services offered.

Responsibilities were focused around C# programming in multiple applications to deliver a new, very sizable final product enabling tax filers as well as tax collectors to automate the taxation process in the motor fuel industry. Work included programming in an ASP.NET based web-application (including Telerik controls), multiple Windows services, and multiple web services. Additionally, work on several key, internally used Windows Forms based applications were also included.One notable major project involvement included a localization effort which will allow the end product to operate under multiple languages. Another major project consisted of a data import effort to allow clients to bring their existing tax data into Zytax's product quickly and easily.
