Oversaw all business activities related to the Company’s patented PVM products. Electromechanical (robotic) PVM devices sold for $1MM-$5MM, and are used by the automotive industry to evaluate vehicle spaciousness and customer preferences. (U.S. Patents 6,371,766 and 5,384,704) Managed all PVM client interactions - identifying client’s individual PVM product requirements, reviewing all quotes, and organizing personnel for field service and market research clinic support. (Domestic and overseas clients) Responsible for the sale and delivery of PVM products to Hyundai (Korea) and Toyota, (MI) resulting in a total of $1.8MM in revenue Created a comprehensive PVM Users Manual to assist clients and reduce the need for company technical support Oversaw implementation of key software features (PVM /CATIA interface and Component Editor) that resulted in the Ford team receiving Chief Engineer's Awards as part of Ford’s Vehicle Engineering Technology Excellence Program. Introduced the use of aluminum structural profile products (ITEM tm) as a PVM construction alternative resulting in reduced cost and sale of a $400,000 PVM to Ford  Conceptual design for upgrades to the new PVM operating system resulting in revenue of $600,000, a reduction in legacy software, and continued PVM product demand

Managed the day to day operations of a 20 person staff with $5MM annual revenue, which permitted the owner to focus on marketing and growth. Served as the primary point of contact for all clients concerning project status  Initiated the creation and documentation of several company processes that increased business efficiencies. Initiated and led regular project review and closure meetings

Directed the setup and use of PVM technology at events worldwide, resulting in increased client satisfaction with the product and annual revenues of $2.5MM.  Personally named on the Provisional Patent Application Serial No. 60/060,765 filed Oct. 2, 1997 entitled "Programmable Vehicle Model," the contents of which have been incorporated, in their entirety, into U.S. Patent 6,371,766 Supported clients use of PVM’s at market research clinics in the USA, Europe, Asia, and South America (Clinics run 2-4 weeks). Tracked product reliability issues and implemented continuous product improvement steps  Systematized PVM quotes by creating an interactive MS Excel tool to determine a PVM's price based on requested options and PVM build criteria. Developed a PVM training course outline and final examination for testing comprehension of trained personnel.  Trained client personnel in the operation of their PVM (GM Warren MI, Ford Dearborn MI, Ford Cologne Germany)  Used FAROtm Arm CMM to scan/digitize the interiors of production automobiles and PVMs in four continents (North America, South America, Europe, Asia)

Designed and built multiple innovative solutions for the first generation Prefix PVMs. The patented PVM technology resulted in an estimated $40MM in gross revenue.  Eliminated the need for regular PVM calibration and increased PVM acceptance by clients through implementing an absolute encoder solution  Assisted in PVM manufacturing and assembly - Operated MIG/TIG welders, mills, precision lathes and other metal fabrication equipment for manufacturing of PVM components.
