CurrentDirector of IT Service DeliveryResponsible for the team that handles all new business, upgrades, integrations, exports, imports, new facilities, products, data transfers and decommissioning of facilities and products. We are responsible for the review and approval for all items that go out to the customer. ITSD works directly with all departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. We also furnish the data for reporting on current customer activities, and demographics of customers and products they use. We are also responsible for understanding the new products that the therapy team develops and creating launch plans, early support documentation, and handling all products through the beta phase until general release. As a leader, I have been responsible for guiding my team through honing their skills and creating goals to further their career. I have been directly responsible for helping my employees find their best fit in the company and have been able to promote up, and in many cases out of my department to accomplish the employees goals, as well as better the strengths of the company as a whole.
