I am a driven and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Operational Excellence and a strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing principles. During my 6-month internship at Hemas Consumer Brands, I successfully contributed to multiple impactful projects, including the Goya Line Head Count Reduction Project, Fugai Tree Machine Breakdown Tagging System, and the CLIT Project (Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection, Tightening).Throughout this experience, I gained valuable insights into Daily Management System (DMS) Updating, MTBS Data Tracking, and 5S Auditing, while actively conducting Kaizen Events and participating in CAPA and Engineering Meetings. My work also involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in production lines.I bring strong knowledge of Lean Tools such as Line Balancing, SMED, ECRS, Poka Yoke, Pareto Analysis, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and I am constantly looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency. My passion for continuous improvement and commitment to excellence allows me to thrive in dynamic environments focused on operational success.
