• Responsible in providing supply for the demand forecast, provide critical management insights.• Create detailed production schedules, resource allocation plans, and inventory management strategies to optimize production efficiency.• Coordinate production workflow for all products and plan & prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.• Determine and monitoring the equipment and materials needed to the productionprocess. • Schedule shifts, optimize working days and hours according to production requirements, and maintain production orders to speed up processes.• Review and analyze target achievement for the plan, calculate factory Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) details & KPI monitoring of production departments.• Responsible in material management & production process through ERP(SAP) system.• Coordinate across various business functions to support with the required analytical information.• Prepare and maintain reports pertaining to demand, production and supply process.• Involve in scheduling activities of Quality Assurance, Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), and Research & Development (R&D).
