Kusangi is studying for her Master's in Management at ESCP Business School, London as part of her dual degree program. She did her first leg of MBA at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon. Clearing the basics of business and MBA as part of the curriculum at MDI, she is currently pursuing her specialization in Finance and Entrepreneurship (Scale-Ups). She did her undergraduate from Charotar University in Bachelors of Technology (B.tech) specializing in Computer Engineering.Before her MBA, Kusangi has worked in a leading data analytics consulting firm Tatvic Analytics as a Technical Analyst based out of Ahmedabad, India. During her stint here, she worked with multiple types of clients including a leading digital publisher client, top media and entertainment client, USA-based HR solutions client, Food-delivery client, and many more. Her job-role allowed her to train client teams and newly joined employees regarding the technical tools and their applications. As being on the front-line and working with CMOs and CTOs, Kusangi gained skills like good presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and Analytical and critical thinking ability.During her B.Tech, Kusangi has worked with an NGO named Nirmaan as Volunteer/ Educator, where she educated underprivileged children of rural areas and spread awareness about the importance of formal education and the future career prospects. Apart from philanthropy, she worked as a placement coordinator and provided placement interface between employers and job seekers from the university.Kusangi loves the subject of Finance and macroeconomics and stays updated with the trends of the fields. Apart from this, she also loves to clean and stay organized, cook healthy and wholesome meals, and spend time with family.
