Generated the Qualification status for the Complete ADS Software for every alpha release.     I was involved in the Project for Prototype Development of Transmit/Receive Module for the Airborne Early Warning & Control System (AEW&C) Radar. My primary role was to Design, Develop and Test the T/R Module. I have also prepared the Transfer of Technology document that was given to the manufacturing agency for production. I have also work on the design development and testing of Transceiver Unit for the Low Level Light Weight Radar System (LLLR) for Low flying aircraft and objects.My Major Contribution: ►Filters: Designed the S-Band Hairpin Line Band Pass Filter for strip-line structure on Er=3.3 to achieve IL=1.0dB, RL=20dB and Band Rejection > 30dB with performance verified with vibration and temperature for MIL STD. ►Low Noise Amplifier: Designed the i/p, o/p and inter-stage matching using Agilent ATF 3X143 pHEMT Device and discrete component of RLC on Er=2.2, T=31 mil to achieve NF= 0.9dB, Gain=16dB, P1dB=14dBm. ►Amplifier Chain for T/R module: Designed 50 Ω i/p and o/p matching for driver and final balanced amplifier on Er=10.2 to get rated o/p power=190W over the specified freq band with MIL STD. ►RF Multilayer PCB Board: Designed the 6 layer board for RF front end receiver where Top layer was used for Microwave Circuits and below layers were used for Routing for MIL STD. The Design also involves EMI/EMC, Crosstalk and Signal Integrity Simulation. ►Discrete Phase Shifter: Designed the 6-Bit Phase Shifter using PIN Diode having IL=6dB and Isolation > 30dB, Phase of 5.625°, 11.25°, 22.5°, 45°, 90° and 180°. ►Integrated T/R Module Layout: Designed the complete layout for Transmit and Receiver chain so that each chain can be tested separately. The integrated T/R Module were designed and tested to meet the required system specification in terms of Power, Gain, droop, duty cycle and pulse width constraint, rise and fall time, currents drawn on Tx Chain side & Power, Gain Compression Point, RL, NF, phase bits and attenuation bits control in the Rx Chain.
