I have been in the retail auto industry since 1988 and all of those years have been with the Graff Organization. I am proud to say that as of 2012 I am the managing partner in Graff Bay City. I am married to Gary Rechsteiner and we have three wonderful children. I love to stay active, so whether it is yard work, biking, walking or recreational sports I will try just about anything. My other love is to travel and experience different cultures and the way they live.Just for Kids a Maier and Associates charitable foundation, Delta College and Northwood University are just a few organizations that I am involved with. I am passionate about helping to make the Great Lakes Bay Region a place for all ages to want to live, work and dream. It doesn’t matter how big the city or how small the town, it takes a team to build a community and a community to build a team.
