At Bikano, I lead the sales and the growth plan of the division and geographies that I am responsible for. It also includes launching and placement of new categories and products. My job responsibilities are as follows:-Create the distribution network in South India.-Expand all the categories introduced by the company.-Develop all the states with strategic planning and execution in South India.

BUS A-100 is a mandatory accounting class for all Kelley students. It is an introductory class to accounting. It prepares students for higher level accounting by giving them a brief of different areas or accounting. Peer tutor position requires me to help current accounting students with the course.-Selected as a peer tutor on the basis of academic achievement.-Helped students with the course by teaching them tricks and ways to remember important information.-Taught students how to create the accounting documents related to financial accounting and managerial accounting.

Indiana University has a residential service called the Residential Programs and Services(RPS). It has different food courts all over the campus. I work at the Kelley School of Business Cafe. My job is to prepare and service the food to the customers and also keep the space clean. This job teaches me how to live independently.-Skilled in preparing food in accordance with the food safety regulations.-Acquired the knowledge of communication with the customer to satisfy his or her needs.-Helped in creating a faster assembly line to produce food faster during rush hours.

Bikanervala Foods Pvt. Ltd deals in food industry. It has variety of products. The company mostly deals in restaurants and packaged food. It is one of the most highly recognized brand in India for Indian sweets and snacks. As an intern at the company, my job was to research the market and help the company to increase its market share. This job also required me to present and report to the higher authorities and help them come up with a marketing strategy.-Collected data by interviewing different consumers in the market, brought out major problems faced by the company.-Successfully increased the sales by tacking a potential customer according to its need.-Helped the company device new policies to tackle those problems and how it can increase its market share.

Contravene was a metalcore band in Ahmedabad, India. It talks about different lives through its songs and the problems faced by everyone. As the manager of the band, I was responsible for getting them shows. I had to communicate with team members and also people who affected the band. I was also managing the band's expenses and income. Providing the band with major opportunities was the main aim of this experience.-Successfully cracked a recording deal, so that the band could record its songs for a low price.-Helped the organization to get a lot of shows by always communicating with different organizers in different cities. -Created a friendly environment in the band, which eventually benefited the band to work as a family.
