­ Manage end-to-end Client Interface for the Company with Clients from the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.­ Coordinate timely closure of all Cases received by ensuring process wise work case movement between all departments­ Timely revert to the Clients and grasping complex situation and turning into manageable tasks.­ Ensure pre-emptive and timely reporting of process health and exception scenarios to the management.­ Supervise quality and compliance to Client Service Delivery by monitoring process across 06 work centers of the Company­ Propose efficiency improvement for any sub-task during exception scenarios which may affect Service Delivery.­ Checking the quality of the result received before sharing the Final Report with the Client.­ Present case closure by preparing the Final Reports in MS Word and document all work analysis with Statistical Reports, MIS management in MS Excel.­ Designing and illustrating presentations on MS PowerPoint­ Train new Client Servicing Associates and helping managers build up existing representatives’ skills­ Conducting Root Cause Analysis on the Escalations received from the Clients.
