I am a sustainability professional with 3 years of experience in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) for the food and beverage sector in the UK retail market. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and a Master's degree in Environmental Science, along with 3.5 years of research experience in a CSIR (India) laboratory in the field of Marine Natural Product Chemistry. Throughout my academic journey, I have gained hands on experience with several high-end research instruments and developed expertise in data analysis. In my current role, my responsibility is to calculate environmental impact parameters within the food supply chain. This work is instrumental in the eco-labeling of food products, enabling consumers to make more sustainable choices. Familiar with dossier preparation using IUCLID Web interface and Chemical safety assessment (CSA) and report (CSR) preparation using CHESAR. Instrument knowledge:- NMR, FTIR, UV-VIS, GC-MS, HPLC, Column chromatography. - Certified operator of GC- MSD, Agilent-GC 7820A and MSD 5977E from NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) accredited; ISO 9001, 1401, 18001 standardization labs.
