• Need to analyze and resolve on the issues related to Office 365 (Cloud Services).• Analyzing the p1 or p2 (Priority Based) issues.• Creating and managing the P1 and P2 cases.• Analyzing the data (cases) and sending the data report for delays in the solutions.• Also making reports to improve the SLAs for the solutions provided.• Supervising and grooming the new employees.• Post Migration troubleshooting on Migration issues, like Outlook not receiving e-mails, Outlook not getting configured, emails not getting delivered. Shared Mailbox not migrated; Calendar items not migrated.

(100 + users)• Have Performed and Helped Global Admins from different companies in migrating users from Exchange 2013 to Office 365. (Hybrid Move/Remote).• Hands on shared mailboxes. (Creating and managing).• Helping the admins with adding and verifying the domain.• Helping the customers with calendar issues.• Need to document the Troubleshooting provided to customer (Administrator) via email.• Educating the Customer about the troubleshooting done.
