As part of Qualcomm’s finance and accounting organization in the Corporate Internal Audit & Advisory Services (IA & AS) team we focus on assisting the Audit Committee and management teams in the improvement of processes that manage risks related to achieving Qualcomm’s business objectives. Using risk-based audit methodology, assisted in the execution of internal audits by• Creating process & control flows• Identifying and assessing risks and control activities• Performing audit procedures to evaluate control effectiveness• Performing audit testing, identifying deviations from expected control activities

• Performed External Audit primarily for Technology, Media, and Telecom Clients.• Audited both PCAOB and AICPA entities under US GAAP guidelines • Performed end-to-end Audit from Scoping to Materiality to detailed Testing and concluding• Performed Completeness Checks and Reconciliations between Ledger and Trial Balance• Journal Entry Testing and speculated the possibility of suspicious entries.• Prepared working papers, reports, and supporting documents for audit findings. • Performed extensive assessment of accounts including Cash, Prepaids, Payables, Equity, and expenses to verify the accuracy and completeness of the financial reports. • Coordinated with stakeholders across geographies from clients to off-shore teams and managed the audit process.
