I am a Proud Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and A law Graduate from ILS Law College, Pune. I am Company Secretary working in Mumbai, handling secretarial and Legal drafting and compliance assignment of listed and unlisted corporate.Also, past treasurer, secretary and current Vice Chairman of Navi Mumbai Chapter of the ICSI.Before starting my own practice, i worked as Company Secretary & Legal Head in Hotel Sahara Star, where my work profile includes handling Secretarial and Legal Compliances of the Company which is extended to assisting in legal drafting & Reviewing of Agreement of other group Companies and Liaisoning with Government Authorities and corporate.I got an opportunity to work as legal intern with TAXSURTA, Pune, Online corporate Law News & Updates Portal, where my job is to prepare daily and weekly alerts , Compilation of the Companies act 2013 and the Companies Act 1956. I also have a wonderful experience to work with ADVOCATE ANURAG BAIJAL , Indore where I witnessed good number of civil and criminal proceedings of District as well as High Court and I also assisted him and his associates in drafting Affidavits, legal notice, replies, agreements etc.It was also a great experience working with two ex-chairman of ICSI Indore Chapter,CS RITESH GUPTA for the period of 2 Months where I assisted him in Bank Due Diligence, XBRL filing and other Secretarial Work and CS ASHISH KARODIA for the period of 15 Months as Article Assistant where I handle Secretarial and Legal Work of various Limited Liability Partnerships, Private Limited, Public Limited, Listed Companies.
