Kush won Microsoft’s Worldwide "Sales and Marketing Best Practices Award" for two years in a row in recognition of his innovative sales and marketing initiatives.Prior to Microsoft, Kush worked at Oracle in California as a software development manager and shipped several flagship Oracle products.
