My responsibilities and accomplishments as Regional Operations Specialist have undoubtedly equipped me with the tools that are necessary for a successful and seamless transition into traveling role with a competitive company. My travels to McKinley properties throughout the U.S. have consistently produced positive results in various dynamic environments. In this role, my assignments require me to be flexible in order to be available for non-projected issues, and short notice training and directives. I have been able to fulfill this role by remaining agile, which allows me to prioritize effectively, and continue to be responsive to internal goals and overall customer satisfaction. I wear many hats such as, leasing/sales, and positions such as, Customer Service Manager, Assistant Manager, and Community Manager. My fast pace ever changing daily task, allowed me to achieve strategic and tactical objectives for my organization.

 Leadership: Created and maintained annual and monthly budgets. Developed growth in leasing associates to assistant mangers, and managers. I have managed 40 plus associates.  Sales & Marketing: Constructed and implemented a 2nd Chance rental Program for Vineyard’s at Apple Creek that generated over 50% occupancy increase from 65% to ongoing 85% occupancy in less than 90 days. Leased up to 100% Occupancy. Community Relations: Assembled community relations and welcome committee for new move- ins. Created several community-based organizations. Such as, annual back to school parties for neighborhood children. Neighborhood Watch Program with residents and neighboring communities. Annual Holiday food and toy drive to make baskets for the needy families in the complex, and community. Annual Resident appreciation party and breakfast on the go.

P&L: Lowest shrink achieved 0.04. Beat monthly and annual sales consistently. Capital Projects: Transferred to Indianapolis, IN and opened new stores after Fashion Cents buy out. Which consist of interviewing, hiring, staffing, training, floor layouts, stoking? Control shrink, sales, scheduling, profit, and loss. Development: Developed sales associates to be promoted to assistant managers, and assistants to be promoted to managers. 4. I have managed 40 plus associates.
