My professional life has been committed to enhancing the well-being of our vulnerable citizens. I am excited to take part in initiatives that seek to empower, develop, and conduct research on vulnerable population. My most successful project included educating and training women and youth on topics such as Adolescent reproductive and sexual health(ARSH), mental health, nutrition, TB, menstrual health, plastic pollution, environment protection, and disaster management. I also worked on improving the literacy of women in Doomni Tea Estate and creating a safe space for them called Dhumkuria. I have worked closely with ASHA and AWW to provide pregnant women with a diet rich in nutrition. For my postgraduate research project, I have closely worked with Women handloom weavers of Imphal West district, Manipur, the research work has been recently published.
