• Responsible for client servicing of retail banking customer.• Keeping track of day to day activities of the branch i.e Checking of account opening forms, sending the same to the HUB for account opening, authorising various transactions. • Responsible for replying to the branch emails .• In charge of key reporting’s done by the branch i.e BMMC reporting, Labour Law reporting, RBI counterfeit notes reporting , Large value transaction reporting.• Authorizing RTGS/NEFT transfers for customer induced request.• Vault/ATM custodian in-charge.• Adhering to the customer complaints through TALISMA interactions• Performing monthly surprise checks of various stocks at branch level.• Reportee’ s reporting to me 11i.e team of CSM & branch operation staff

 Involved in providing training for various SEG products to customer interface teams by either classroom training or training through con-calls. Providing resolution on escalated complaints end to end for all the SEG teams. Compilation of Service Checklist for various SEG products. Designing marketing collaterals for Branch Banking team and SEG Call centre team. Facilitator for providing access to various systems for the customer interface teams. Barging calls of customer and ensuring proper and correct information is shared with the customers regarding various SEG products. Releasing MIS on regular intervals at Contest level and at Service Levels. Designing on presentations for various products. Designing and assigning of E-test for the customer interface teams.

 Involved in managing the Branch’s daily cash inflow & outflow and confirming that the balances are tallied at closing of banking hours, Providing service to the Bank’s customers through a direct customer interface  Issuance of various alternate instruments viz. Bank Guarantee, Bank drafts, pay orders & online transfer facility Handling the sales portfolio for the Branch and aiding the branch to achieve monthly sales targets for Insurance, Mutual Funds, CASA, NRE Accounts, Credit Cards & other product lines Initiate Non-Resident Indian products’ promotional ideas, offer creative inputs & delegate to the entire branch staff and also ensure MIS reports on a fortnightly basis Managed on-the-ground promotional activities towards activations related to the Bank’s various products and, presenting the schemes to the Corporates  Involved in managing the FCY, MICR, high value & outstation cheques.

Involved in generating revenues for the organization through marketing & sales process & also coordinating with the DSA appointed in other cities for promoting the site.  Involved in major support activities of the marketing department and also in telemarketing of the software DMS known as Librarese, Managing the access control of the site to the clients  Provide solutions to client’s queries & providing them with a better understanding on development of the website. Handled the entire support activities in the absence of the designated authority Prepared quotations as per the subscription offer given to the clients and involved in the negotiation process Promote the site through telemarketing & giving a presentation on the site’s mechanism to prospective clients Submission of daily reports to the senior management at Lexsite.com
