- Manage the entire new business sales cycle including identifying and approaching top and mid-tier publishers in region, selling them on the overall Dailymotion’s value proposition for Publishers, negotiating terms, closing contracts and helping onboard the clients from the Middle East and North Africa- Work with other members of the regional team and the EMEA leadership team to drive the long-term business plan for the region- Manage and grow an existing book of Publishers, helping them to leverage the scale and scope of Dailymotion Products to grow their business.- Lead and support revenue and strategic account planning for the current customer base- Develop and execute on customer success plans and create the conditions for adoption and growth- Oversee day-­to-­day operations with assigned accounts with an eye to delivering an unparalleled service experience- Represent and convey the Dailymotion’s value proposition to audiences ranging from Senior Executives to technical stakeholders, driving adoption, engagement and growth among all potential clients- Engage regularly with clients via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate needs and strategic direction- Act in a consultative capacity to influence and educate Publisher sales and marketing teams on go-to-­market strategies to achieve and exceed their business growth goals- Bring publisher feedback from the field back to the Product team to influence product roadmap development- Communicate about products and service offerings, adapt quickly to product changes and communicate these strategically to stakeholders- Report on revenue trends, market feedback, business forecasting and goals and consistently meet and exceed monthly and yearly targets

- Oversee business development efforts to acquire and to on board Publishers and Broadcasters in Turkish media sphere- Strategically plan Dailymotion's penetration in Turkey and grew it to be the 3rd largest market for the company- Personally closing deals that constitute more than %300 of audience growth that led to a significant increase in market share and brand awareness- On board 200+ clients and build excellent publisher relationships across all clients- Responsible for securing and developing publisher program and building all sort of relationships around video solution in Turkish media ecosystem, building a very premium quality supply to satisfy Dailymotion flourishing demand in the country- Cover pre-sales implementation, launch and optimization over websites for video- Manage meetings across the full spectrum of publishers types by phone and face to face meetings, visiting clients on site- Operate at tactical and strategic level, in order to win the right supply from Turkish publisher base, then retain and grow these partners- Work closely with other teams, escalating issues to the technical support team and helping partners interested in doing business with other teams of the whole Dailymotion organization

- Worked with diversed groups of brands from retail to pure digital products- Provided localization services for clients and helped over GTM strategy at global scale

- Establish a sister entity to MCD Digital acting as production arm of the company- Pave the way for branded content through original video production initiatives and eventually created new revenue streams for the company- Hire a team of 5 including to maintain production line- Distribute produced videos towards all digital platforms
