Dataset Scrubbing: Created a script to scan recursive sources that contain various types of audio files, detox file names, perform conversions between formats, extract and create metadata for each dataset. Data-formatting for training a CNN network: Created a script for data-formatting for big audio data set to clean, change data format, segment, and created metadata. Evaluation of a Speech Recognition API: Wrote a script to send large datasets of utterances through an ASR API and get the transcription and evaluate word error rate (WER) for each. Audio Classification: Created a script for an audio data classification using an audio classifier to perform segmentation and extraction of pure clean speech.

Monte-Carlo Simulations of Patch Models with Applications to Soft Matter (PhD)Modeling and Simulation (Monte-Carlo/Molecular Dynamics (LAMMPS)): Applied simulations ofpatch models to nanotechnology(binary mixtures), and to proteins.
