I did my Restaurantfach Ausbildung (Restaurant apprenticeship) in Frankfurt am Main, Germany from August 2011 to July 2014, my focus was mainly on Ala Carte waiting as well as Bar/Beverages. After that I had a short break due to mandatory military service in Finland where I served as a field chef.August 2015 I started to work as a Bartender in Hamburg which I ended in February 2016 after being offered a Job in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia as a Bartender.I left Malaysia in July 2016 after it was clear that I wasn't experienced enough for the job.I returned to Gekko Group where I did my apprenticeship, joining the barteam of the new "Roomers Baden-Baden" Hotel in Baden-Baden, Germany in September 2016. I worked as a part of the pre-opening and opening team in the position of Commis de Bar until December 2017.Between January 2018 and September 2018 I worked at different hotels and Restaurants in Baden-Baden.In September 2018 I joined the service team during the opening phase of the "Upstalsboom Wellnessresort Südstrand" on the north frisian island of Föhr, Germany. I stayed in the service team until August 2019. During this time I was mainly working in the breakfast team but also waited in the bar during day shifts as well as serving as a commis de Rang and Cicero in the gourmet restaurant of the hotel.Starting in August 2019 I became an apprentice chef in the Kitchen of the "Upstalsboom Wellnessresort Südstrand" where I have received training in Buffet cooking as well as Ala carte kitchen, show cooking and breakfast. I also focus heavily into training in the bakery/Patisserie of the hotel.
