As a business owner, I was in charge of day-to-day business operations. From Logistics, Finance, Payroll, Hiring, Training, Social Media Advertising, Workforce Management, acquiring clients and business partners among others.I successfully managed a group of programmers in developing a Phone System with Massage Booking ERP, which was primarily used by my Call Center and our Clients.In a quest to get more clients, I created and maintained Facebook and Google Ads, managed my business’s Social Media Accounts, create Social Media Posts, speak to key people in different companies to offer our services, hire new staff, among others.I successfully grew my business from one nondescript branch with three staff to four locations with over a hundred staff, a Training Center, Call Center, and a fleet of Motorcycle Riders.

I Assist SeaChange Customers and Field Engineers with SeaChange Equipment and Software. The Assistance I provide is both troubleshooting remotely, and assistance by phone.I am also assigned to lead certain projects, such as upgrading our customer’s servers, performing site audits, creating risk reports, and other similar tasks.

I Take studio portraits of guests onboard a Cruise Ship (Royal Caribbean Mariner of the Seas, and Celebrity GTS Constellation). I Sell Cameras, photos, frames, and albums to guests. I also Conduct photography seminars for Ship’s guests.

While working in Sykes Asia, TGK-Asia asked me to work with them on a new account, Onvaio. I was selected as the Team Leader of 2 agents, and we have about a hundred when I left the company. We handled customer issues with Pinnacle’s video editing software. I took escalations, supervisor calls, coach agents, and evaluate agents.

This is where I started my Call Center Career. I was assigned as Technical Support for Macromedia Account. We handled customer issues with Macromedia Dreamweaver, Flash, Fireworks, Freehand, Captivate, Contribute, RoboHelp, and other Macromedia Software. Macromedia is now owned by Adobe.
