As a Junior Associate Consultant at BPCC, I play a pivotal role in supporting our consulting team in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. Collaborating closely with senior consultants, I contribute to various stages of project execution, from conducting research and analysis to developing strategic recommendations. With a strong foundation in problem-solving and critical thinking, I assist in identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions to address their challenges effectively. My responsibilities also include assisting in client communication, project management tasks, and ensuring timely project delivery. Additionally, I actively participate in team discussions, offering insights and ideas to drive innovation and enhance project outcomes. With a proactive and adaptable approach, I am committed to delivering excellence in every aspect of my role, contributing to the success and growth of both our clients and BPCC.

As an HR intern, I supported the Human Resources team in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. My responsibilities included assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication between candidates and hiring managers. I also helped with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Additionally, I participated in organizing employee engagement activities and contributed to the development of HR policies and procedures. This role provided me with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations and honed my interpersonal and organizational skills.
