- Coordinating with tenants and landlords and other stakeholders, replying to email/ phone enquiries accordingly- Coordinating projects handling correspondences, tying letters and general administrative duties assisting the Operations Manager.- Attend to tenants' enquiries and requests to address their needs Handle tenant’s concerns and feedback to ensure their satisfaction- Preparation of road book for my maintenance technician, housekeepers and Sales Team.- Replenishing inventory stock and ordering office supplies and stationeries- Liaise with Building Management for office maintenance such as air conditioning adjustment and facilities maintenance on the floor etc.- Updating of road book and prepare reports for operations support.- Assist the Operations support team in in-house projects eg quarterly aircon servicing and other maintenance projects etc.- Assist in Procurement generating purcharse orders to vendors and ensure order confirmation - Source and develop new suppliers and liaising with suppliers on price negotiations and payment - Preparing leasing documents for Permit applications to Property Management Corporation Strata Title for projects and during handover of the unit to Landlord.

- General administrative and reconcile daily monetary transactions- Assist in reporting or analysing of department’s or clinic’s statistics and data- Providing frontline customer service and registrations of new patients/updating/maintaining patient database in SAP system- Liaising with other departments for scans and other relevant appointments- Assist doctors, chaperone patients and checking patient vitals- Oversee the operations of the counters and Manage patients’ feedback and enquiries- Assist frontline in managing second-tier escalation in patient management- Monitor inventories of non-clinical items such as stationeries and beverages and clinic supplies- Liaising with various insurance companies for LOG and doing electronic filing submissions of PMI- Conduct training for new staff in clinic and setting up new centres when is necessary to create the workflow
