After a successful corporate career, I have taken over reins of Flamboyant Solutions to fuel organic growth. Flamboyant Solutions is not just an organization, it is the fructification of my passion to provide cost effective and reliable technical products and systems for condition monitoring. Having worked in the industry for almost a decade, I realized that most organizations are unable to diagnose technical issues and hence solutions recommended do not bring desired results. Hence, at Flamboyant Solutions, we partner with clients to understand their needs, evaluate their requirements, propose most suitable solutions, implement them and provide after sale support. In a short span of time, we have started charting our success story- Invited to function as Technical Advisor to Gayatri Vidya Parishad Engineering College, Visakapatnam.- Made inroads into various sectors including Defence (Indian Navy), automotive private companies and education institutions.- Set up COCO in various education institutes. The company was unable to market the product despite a dedicated distribution channel due to lack of technical expertise. We have helped establish a strong market for the product. - Invited by GVP College of Engineering, Vishakhapatnam for conducting a 2 day workshop on Condition Monitoring- Enhanced technical capability of professionals through various workshops and seminars. Also build capability in fresher’s to be future ready.

Co- founder & Managing DIrectorM/S Crystal Instruments India Pvt Ltd Feb 2012 – May 2015 – scratch to set up OEM over here. Prior to us, given distributorship but cd not sell, Pavan could see due to his technical expertise. I joined Crystal Instruments India Pvt Ltd at its inception and provided leadership and direction to establish and manage profitable business operations. Have been instrumental in establishing the company from scratch and turning it around to a strong competitor for conventional products. Significantly contributed to growth and profitability by servicing existing customers and on-boarding new ones from diverse sectors including Defence, Automotive, Education, Condition Monitoring and R&D.Highlights: Sole representatives of Crystal Instruments, USA for SPIDER-81, SPIDER-80X, COCO-80 & COCO-90, EDM. Key Clients include RCI, NSTL, NTPC, ASL, BHEL, BEL, IIT, Indian Navy and several condition monitoring service companies like ACME, AP Vibrations, ABRO. Enhanced revenue growth by selling over 100 units of Crystal Instruments USA in 3 years; installed 32 channel DAQ systems at IIT, Jodhpur. Expanded reach and penetration by developing a strong distribution network and increasing their technical and marketing capabilities.  Expanded presence to previously untapped markets. Participated in International Auto Expo in Pune & Chennai to promote the brand and its offerings.

M/S Structural Solutions Pvt Ltd May 2011 – Jan 2012During this tenure, I provided leadership and direction for commissioning, testing and installation of sound and vibration measurement instruments and systems.Highlights; Key Projects Executed include:o Functioned as Technology Demonstrator for adapting online condition monitoring system for the army fleeto Commissioning of Natural Frequency Testing of Turbine Blades, Loss factor Testing of Automotive Filters and Human Body Vibration measurements for Ride Comforto Executed testing of automotive filters and studied effectiveness of machine mounts for reducing vibration during transportation  Provided technical expertise for selection of industrial sensors for various sectors including power, paper, oil & gas. Collaborated with a leading engineering university for establishing a Vibration Measurement & Analysis Lab. Conducted feasibility study for NDT-RAM for castings & forgings, for implementation of an automated system.

 Steered efforts in initiating vibration measurements and analysis for over 2000 Vibro-Active machineries  Accurately diagnosed cause of defective machines by conducting failure tests; recommended corrective measures and actions to increase machine uptime and reliability.
