Responsible for all data generated in the production environment. Maintain, analyze and build automated reports.Main tasks:- Responsible for the production data in SAP in cooperation with the production supervisors.- Responsible for the data used for reporting of the monthly KPI's, based on SAP data, Excel and databases like CRM, HR, ...- Analyse the causes from variations between the target product cost and the real product cost, based on the delivered P&L report from the accounting department. Make proposals to improve the product costing system.- Implement automatic reporting based on generated data from production.- Analyse and present data in tables, graphics, ...- Improve report tools: using Excel power query and power pivot.- Function as main contact person when data needs to be generated on the “Kaizen Improvement” projects and to support investments in production.- Function as SAP key user for production (SAP QM/PP and WM functionality at the plant)- Work closely with IT on the structural base for data management (= extend database and structured report tools)
