I have over 15 years of experience as a business leader and general manager of cultural organizations at home and abroad. Since 2012 I use that experience as a coach for organizations in change. I disentangle knots, create clarity in complexity, and guide boards, management and employees to 'upgrade' their entire system to a new and better balance. My vision and approach are inspired by natural systems and how their universal principles can be translated into sustainable organizational models. Leadership and organizational design are recurring themes, but my greatest satisfaction comes from interaction with people and facilitating change.Throughout the years, I became an expert in self-governance: Holacracy, Living Systems Coaching, Sociocracy 3.0, Viable System Model, Teal Organizations, … I love this new organizational paradigm that fits the XXIst Century! I'm cautious, though, about implementing it as a one-size-fits-all.Every new assignment challenges me to be a pragmatic dreamer.
