As part of Red Hat Middleware BU, I'm responsible technically for Red Hat Business Automation products and projects.

Provide back-line support for Red Hat Business Automation Products with on-premise environment or cloud. Recommendation on best practices on Red Hat Process Automation Manager (jBPM) and Red Hat Decision Manager (drools). Daily activities include troubleshooting, performance analysis, development of best practice samples, integrations samples, assisting on business automation on the cloud (openshift), assist and troubleshoot processes migrations, provide recommendations on rules and processes (bpmn2 and cmmn) designs, writing articles, and sharing solutions.

Analysis and proposal of improvements for application servers and enterprise Java applications; Migration and implementation of development and versioning best practices;Architecture definition, implementation and configuration of JBoss Operations Network; Anticipation of production problems by correctly configuring JON's alerts and events;Migration of Red Hat JBoss EAP 5 structure to version 6.x; migration of all EAP 5 hosted applications to EAP 6;Definition and implementation of Java application improvements, for example, by implementing single sign on by using Picketlink.Production troubleshooting;Use of canary strategy to provide new production environment and application version.
