• Responsible for the end to end recruitment process (preparation and planning, sourcing candidates, screening, selecting, hiring and on-boarding)• Keep up-to-date files for all employees • Make sure all employees have read and acknowledged company policies• Respond effectively to employee inquiries and requests via phone, in person or email • Assist in company events • Prepare file Report for On Call, Over Time & other exceptions for semi-monthly payroll • Upload Wire transfer request forms for Payroll, Complementary Pensions, CCSS & Income Tax• Issue New Hire & Termination tickets • In Charge of Paid Time Off & Vacation requests• Create Salary, Visa, FCL, University and any other Letters as requested.• Ensure performance reviews are completed• In charge of Private Insurance Reimbursements, Annual Check Ups & Visits. • Compensation and Benefits• Employee Relations
