FuseChange.org is a hybrid organization I founded to return to my roots as a social entrepreneur. We provide consulting services to generate revenue for our programs, which support community engagement, equity, and collective impact solutions. Our purpose is to leverage collaboration and community engagement to drive systemic change in local communities. We recognize that no single organization can change the world; it requires a collective movement of coordinated actions, interconnected and working as a formula for social and environmental change. To achieve this, we integrate human collaboration tools with technology, data, and AI solutions to map systems and uncover collaborative opportunities. This approach helps stakeholders initiate inclusive convenings and coordinate numerous activities, ultimately allowing them to view their system as a formula for change.

As a Principal Consultant, I lead the development of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and information architecture design for startups, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. We specialized in user-centered design thinking, transforming concepts into well-thought-out products with robust user-centered design. I am the original founder and former CEO of Mojalink, later known as ImpactFlow, launched in 2008. I developed the product strategies that raised $5 million in funding to help nonprofits secure grants and leverage collective impact to generate more change. The concept, rooted in my MBA thesis, began as MojaLink Inc. I exited in 2014 when partners and investors sought to shift the company's focus to an event ticketing site, which unfortunately led to the company's eventual downfall.

As a Teaching Assistant and Business Strategy Advisor for Carnegie Mellon University in Rwanda, Master of Science in Information Technology (MSIT) program. This involved delivering lectures and guiding students through a comprehensive team project focused on developing market strategies for top-tier businesses in Rwanda. My responsibilities included mentoring students, facilitating discussions, and providing strategic insights to ensure the successful completion of the project, helping equip students with practical skills and knowledge in business strategy and market analysis.

Global marketplace development was my primary objective; finding and contacting targeted organizations for new sales channels and managing online marketing strategies.

Developed and executed innovative sales strategies that drove a 400% revenue growth for World Centric during 2007-2008. As a pioneering brand in the sustainable products industry, World Centric remains a leading company today, exemplifying the success of true social enterprise. Setup community collaboration methodologies to generate environmental activities in one of Romania's premier eco-tourism zones, which focused on sustainability and conservation. Led and implemented sustainability strategies for The Associated Students (A.S.), a $20 million business entity, while serving as a liaison between A.S., the City of Chico, and California State University, Chico.
