NOC Operations: Provide service to SaaS/Cloud Services by providing proactive knowledge and acting as an escalationpoint for Service Operations. Resolve issues & incidents within SLA. Proactively work with vendors & providers on issues identified in products and chase issues untilsuccessful resolution. Timely resolution of issues within work stream Oversee the development, and implementation of service/application software solutions Coordinate with network engineering to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of applications tomeet business demands. Carry off-hours escalation as part of on-call rotation or an emergency with 10 minutes of ResponseTime. Ensure completeness and quality of all deliverables Ensure adherence to corporate policies and standards to meet compliances, availability and disasterrecovery, acting as an escalation point for project team members to provide issue resolution. Document technology deployments by creating Standard Operating Procedures, training guides. Trainco-workers and other members of Network Operations staff. Created procedural documentation based upon monitoring requirements and drop procedures. Developed and maintained reports based upon ticket metrics. Proactively used monitoring tools (alarms, trending graphs) to determine production issues.
