During a six week period I led a strategic project to define and recommend an approach to address web site issues for Lands’ End Business Outfitters – defined the roadmap, technology approach and established a high level budget. The plan will deliver fast and frequent improvements while leveraging existing assets. I am curently leading this multi-year program and have 3 large successful updates.

Accountable for the business decisions of the lifecycle of Customer Relationship Management systems. Led a department of 22 employees. * Improved satisfaction scores of Siebel CRM System: user value score: 65% (2003) to 91% (2005), adoption scores: 36% (2003) to 63% (2005) and value to customer scores: 37% (2003) to 58% (2005).* Led a 6 month project to implement that included: search, request for proposal, vendor selection, contract negotiations and implementation of Salesnet SFA - CRM Systems This conversion resulted in a $1.5 million total cost of ownership savings per year.* Reengineered & realigned the business team to align with our CRM & execution by managing a 49% staff turnover resulting in improvements in staff understanding of expectations 44% (2003) to 90% (2005).* Improved the product life-cycle management process & project prioritization process resulting in realignment of the functional budget from no budgeted funding to $500,000 for functional project funding.

Designed, launched and managed a Project Management Office for our lending operations unit. Led a department of 40 employees with 7 direct reports.*Initial implementation of this effort contributed to the saving of nearly $1.2 million in costs.* Migration strategy development and implementation of alternative solutions for obsolete technologies resulted in savings of nearly $1 million.* Product management of lending, deposit and education solutions for over 7000 clients – maintained a 70% market share. * Managed a portfolio of projects across new product development, product extensions, infrastructure projects and enhancements to lending products, insurance products and technology products.
