As a Deployment Technician at PSM Partners, I provide hardware installation and technical support services to various clients, ensuring that their systems are up and running smoothly. I enjoy applying my problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve any issues that arise and deliver high-quality customer service.My greatest strength is my ability to adapt and conform to team settings and passion to help people when they need it, assuming I have the means to do so. Even without the means, I still try to find ways to help!Throughout the years I’ve worked with my previous employer, I’ve also trained a couple of PSAs and taught them the dos and don’ts of the job, as well as the proper way of interacting with the clients and how to help them.
