Shaped wire is used for manufacturing of sand screen products made by Reslink• Evaluate supplier’s documentation and testing procedures.• Develop internal and external testing procedures related to fluid testing on Reslink products (high flow and/or high pressure)• Develop mechanical testing procedures for various Reslink products• Part of team tasked with specifying and developing internal testing facilities• Successfully re-develop a previous product line (ResInject G2 – ICD (Inflow Control Device) Sand screen). Focusing on cost reduction and process improvement to reduce lead-times.• Drawworks package responsible for several ongoing projects• Responsible for reviewing, analyze and improving the overall manufacturing process of drawworks, in order to reduce cost, delivery time and quality.
