Job responsibilities similar to a Plant Controller – This includes Margin analysis, Segmental profits etc.Acts as a second line to the finance controller. Supervises a team of a team of professionals and manages all accounting, costing and pricing functions.Identifies areas for Automation and leads the cross functional team to achieve the desired results.Finance approver for all Material price fixation and revisions. Business case preparation for new plants.IT Finance manager the BU finance.SOx compliance within the function and ensure Zero failures.Cost Audit and Annual filings with ROC.Margin analysis and reporting – Coordination with Tax Team during Transfer price fixation. Brings improvement in inventory management, scrap generation and managed expenses.

Commenced career as a Manager – Finance in the Finance & Corporate Affairs, led a team of two, reported to the CFO, gained exposure in various activities starting with Capex Management, and then moving to MIS and presently handling costing and budgeting. The job functionalities include: Preparation of Monthly MIS & Analysis of Variances as against the Budget and also Annual Budget & Mid-term Review of the original Budget with variance analysis of the actual performance with respect to original budget Preparation of Financial Statements of the Company in compliance with the Indian GAAP Accounting Standards and other statutory audit requirements.

Commenced career as a Management Trainee handling Capex payments and progressed to manage MIS and reporting under IFRS reporting directly to VP Finance.
